1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leako ("the Service"), provided by Leako ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Leako provides automated revenue assurance, discrepancy detection, and billing audit reports for B2B SaaS businesses using Stripe. Leako inspects Stripe billing entities via read-only API access to identify uncollected invoices, expired discounts, pricing drift, and metered usage anomalies. Leako provides evidence and recommended remediation actions for your team to evaluate and execute.

3. Read-Only API Authorization

You agree to provide Leako with Stripe Restricted API Keys scoped strictly to read permissions on Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, Prices, and Coupons. You acknowledge that Leako has no capability or responsibility to automatically charge customer cards, modify plans, or issue refunds on your behalf without your explicit independent action inside Stripe.

4. Fees, Plans & Refunds

• Revenue Leak Scan: Free tier providing high-level aggregate leakage totals and detector counts.
• Revenue Leak Audit: $49 monthly plan providing 10 forensic scans each month across up to 3 team members, unlocking all customer evidence, formulas, and exports. Unused monthly scans expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Revenue Leak Monitor: $149 recurring monthly plan for continuous webhook ingestion, real-time alerts, and executive digests.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account settings. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Because access to raw audit data is delivered immediately upon purchase, fees are non-refundable.

Leako is an independent software tool. Leako is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stripe, Inc. "Stripe" is a registered trademark of Stripe, Inc.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While Leako employs deterministic checks to uncover anomalies, you are solely responsible for verifying billing actions with your customers before executing payment recoveries or subscription modifications.
